Each zone in Wrath of the Lich King has it's own unique instances. They are as follows:

Borean Tundra

The Nexus: Levels 70-72. Located in the northwest. 5-man instance.

The Oculus: Level 80. Located in the northwest. 5-Man instance.

The Eye of Eternity: Level 80. 10-man raid instance.

Howling Fjord

Utgard Keep: Level 71-72. Located in the center. 5-man instance.

Dragonblight

Azjol-Nerub: Level 71-73. Located in the east. 5-man instance.

Naxxaramas: Level 80. 25-man instance.

Zul'Drak

Drak'tharon Keep: Level 74-76. Located in the south. 5-man instance

The Storm Peaks

Halls of Stone: Level 77-79. Located in the air to the north. 5-man instance

Halls of Lightning: Level 80. Located in the air to the north. 5-man instance

Ulduar: Level 80. 25-man raid.

Icecrown Glacier:

Icecrown Citadel: Level 80. 25-man raid.
